Whistleblowing Policy and Reporting

At See Differently our aim is to build a culture where you can feel supported and protected to speak up. The board, directors and executive management team are committed to a whistleblowing and speak up program which encourages, protects and supports responsible reporting of unethical, illegal and irresponsible workplace behaviour.

We have partnered with Your Call to provide 24/7 external whistleblowing and speak up services to enable all our employees and stakeholders to contribute to our organisation’s culture of integrity and transparency.

If you become aware of something that doesn’t seem right, we want to know about it. Don’t ignore it!

You’re encouraged to report when you reasonably suspect:

  • a breach of our Code of Conduct or other Policies
  • a matter of wrongdoing, such as improper, unethical or illegal activity, which is defined in our Whistleblowing Policy

HOW TO SPEAK UP

If you feel comfortable you can speak to one of our team first. We understand this isn’t always the right option, so you can speak confidentially to our external whistleblowing and speak up service provider, Your Call.

  • Visit the website and a make a report See Differently: Our Program
  • Make a verbal hotline report to a Your Call Officer by calling 1300 790 228 (7am to midnight AEST on business days).

You can choose to remain fully anonymous, share your details with Your Call only or decide to share your contact details with both Your Call and the nominated See Differently Officers.
