Being able to prepare your own food is a fundamental part of daily independence. For many adults with disability, low vision, or reduced hand function, a standard kitchen knife is difficult to control safely — and that risk is enough to put people off cooking altogether. The KandoKutter removes that barrier.

The natural wood handle is larger than a standard knife handle, giving a more comfortable and stable grip for people with reduced hand strength or dexterity.
