The Clover Book XL Pro takes a different approach. It folds into a compact carry case the size of a laptop bag, moves from room to room without cables, and runs for 4.5 hours on battery. You can read the paper on the verandah, work through a crossword in the armchair, check a recipe at the kitchen bench, or use it at the dining table — then fold it away when you’re done.

The 15.6″ screen is positioned vertically at eye height rather than lying flat, which is more comfortable for extended reading and significantly reduces neck strain compared to many foldable devices. In front of the screen, there’s generous working space for handwriting, craftwork, or puzzles. The 4K camera delivers sharp, detailed images across the full magnification range from 1.4x to 54x.

When you want the device to read for you, OCR scans a page and text-to-speech reads it aloud — useful for long reading sessions, official documents, or anything where visual fatigue is a factor. The distance camera lets you view things across the room, and the split-screen function means you can look at something on one side of the screen while writing notes on the other.
