CHSP Client Contribution Policy
Our Policies
Our Commitment
See Differently is committed to providing CHSP services that are fair, transparent, and respectful. If you experience financial hardship, we will work with you to make sure your contribution as required under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) guidelines, remains manageable, and you can continue receiving the services you need.
Client Contributions
Client contributions follow the approved CHSP Fee Schedule. We explain any fees before services begin, and invoices are issued monthly using your preferred payment method. Contributions apply only to services that have been delivered.
Hardship Assistance
If you are unable to pay your contribution, we can review your circumstances and offer payment instalments or a temporary reduction. Where non-payment continues without reasonable cause, outstanding amounts may be recovered under our debt management processes.
If you are experiencing genuine hardship, please contact us in writing: [email protected] or by post to GPO Box 9819, Adelaide SA 5001.
Changes to Fees
You will receive at least 14 days’ written notice before any increase to contribution amounts.
Responsibilities
We ask clients to:
- pay agreed contributions
- let us know if their circumstances change
- provide 24 hours’ notice if a service needs to be cancelled
Confidentiality
All hardship applications and related information are treated as strictly confidential and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and See Differently’s Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.
